It will decrease the obesity and I think there isn't any other way (taking obesity decreasing pills or any other type of drugs which helps to decrease the obesity or fat of our body) to decrease the obesity better than the exercises.
Rivals are also afraid with the person who regularly exercising. AGING would not attack on them early, the muscles of that person are toned.
A person who does exercise regularly will never touched by any illness like a small animal like deer, never comes around the king of jungle - THE LION.
